About Nasha Kniga
Four languages, one basket
Many households in Germany read in more than one language. The children bring German school reading home, the grandparents want a novel in their mother tongue, someone is learning English, someone else needs a Ukrainian picture book for kindergarten. Today that means three shops, three shipping fees and three waiting times.
Nasha Kniga puts it all in one place. Books in German, English, Russian and Ukrainian sit in the same catalogue, go into the same basket and arrive in a single parcel. Search works in both alphabets: typing “Kniga” returns the same results as “Книга”.
The project is run by Nasha Pressa in Aachen, a mail-order bookseller and press distributor since 2012, serving customers throughout Germany, the EU and the USA. Nasha Kniga extends that catalogue into a broad, multilingual book programme for every age.

Ordering & shipping
How the shop will work
Search in two alphabets
Search by title, author, publisher and ISBN. Latin or Cyrillic input makes no difference: “Kniga” and “Книга” return the same results. An on-screen Cyrillic keyboard is available for customers without a Cyrillic layout.
Filter by language and age
Every title carries its language and, where relevant, its age group as an attribute, so the catalogue narrows to exactly what is needed in one step.
Shipping from Aachen
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, all EU countries, plus the USA and Canada. Shipping is calculated in the basket by country and weight before you order – no surprises at the final step.
Payment
PayPal, credit card, Klarna, instant bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay are planned. Schools, libraries and associations can pay on invoice.
